I’m an Anthropologie addict. Simply stepping into a store makes me alive in so many ways, perusing their website and/or catalog makes me giddy, but the best treat of all is seeing them repin something that sums up for so many of us the great adventure of the world.

To me, the picture above means no limits. To me, the image above is pure freedom. Absolute and timeless style. Chic. Adorned. Blissful.

And I don’t even garden!

Yep, I think Anthropologie has that ability for many of us. They can enchant us, put us under a spell, make us buy overpriced clothing and home accessories.

They can also simply inspire us. I use them for that a lot. It’s free. I rarely buy Anthropologie clothes as I’m addicted to the other clothing store (J. CREW! cough! cough!), but I adore their styling and ability to get me to pay attention. That is definitely working in their favor.

Some of their boards are pretty cool: In the Garden, Dots & Stripes, Shades of WhitePrints & Patterns, Away We Go, and Neon.

Click through just a few of those boards and you’ll find inspiration galore. I know I do.

I think the best part about Pinterest and Instagram are that we get a glimpse into the people and sensibility behind the brand. Anthropologie’s Instagram feed is super cool too.

I love catching inspiration by seeing what they are posting, what they are planning. It inspires me to be that way with people who buy from me. How do I tick? What makes me happy? How am I inspired?

It’s branding, the fun way.

Be you.
