1. How much do I love that my Irish hotel in Boston had L’Occitane shampoos and lotions in our rooms?
I loved it. No matter where you are, the incredible “potion lotion” of Provence does the trick. All the restrooms off our conference room had it too (with individual linen handtowels that you threw into a woven basket; the poor laundry service workers!) and it really sharpened my senses. I have now added L’Occitane lotion to my birthday list this year.
2. The 3G iPhone arrives in stores tomorrow. I am getting mine in white. I have no idea if I can even get it tomorrow, because by the time I check the local AT&T store and the Apple store, they may have run out. Fingers crossed!
3. Harrod’s mint tea, which saved my life last weekend from jet lag, but now is my security blanket for life! This is not the right container, but this is what the loose leaf comes in. I use the packets.
4. My Kindle. Nuff said.
5. Bookbrowse.com membership. It’s like Publishers Weekly of the reader, for the reader, and by the reader.
